The Fly attack continues unabated.
They are of every class, creed and colour but, hereabouts, this is the predominant species.
I have spent hours checking-out diptera on the web but have not managed to find this specific chap. I think it is a class of a Robber Fly (family Asilidae) of which there are over a thousand species.
I have seen them before but never in these numbers.
Indoors we have spent hours vacuuming them up and outdoors there are carpets of corpses each morning.
